Failure Phenomenon:
The Win7 system prompts "certain settings to be managed by your system administrator" when using Windows update to update the system, as shown in the following illustration. Verify that the login system is the administrator type, even if you log on to the system using the administrator user, it cannot be updated.

Depending on the hint analysis, the Group Policy should be restricted.
Solution:
Warm tip: There is a certain risk to the Group Policy modification, if you are unfamiliar with the settings, please back up the important data before the accident to avoid the loss of data.
1. Open the lower left corner Start menu, enter "Gpedit.msc" in the search area, click "GPEdit" to open the local Group Policy Editor.
2. Then expand User Configuration-Administrative Templates-"Start" menu and taskbar in turn, in the delete links and access to Windows update right click Select Edit (or double-click this option), select Not configured or disabled, and click OK. Close the Group Policy Editor.
3. When the settings are complete and then open Windows Update, you can see that the update interface appears.
4. If the settings are complete and you cannot update them, expand User Configuration-Administrative Templates-Windows Components-Windows Update, and then set the Remove all Access to Windows Update feature to Disabled.
This scheme is suitable for family Advanced edition with Group Policy functional system.
