For this problem may be caused by incorrect registry key values, refer to the following steps to resolve:
1. First, press the Win+r key, enter "regedit" in the Run window, and open the registry.
2. Click on the upper right corner file, export, backup the registry to the desktop.
3. Then browse to the Hkey_local_machinesoftwarepoliciesmicrosoftsystemcertificatestrustedpublisher and look in the TrustedPublisher Safer the key and deletes it.
4. After removing the key, restart the computer and try the update again to see if it is feasible.
If the above method still does not solve your problem, you can try the following methods:
1. Press the WIN+R key and enter "regedit" in the Run window to open the registry.
2. Click on the upper right corner file, export, backup the registry to the desktop.
3. Find the following three key values:

4. Under these three paths there will be a key value of "state". Double-click State, and change all to the default numeric "23c00".
