Retrieve the missing and erased documents from the Recycle Bin
Steps:
1, click "Start"-run, and then enter regedit (open the Registry)
2, sequentially expand: Hekey--local--machime/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/explorer/desktop/namespace on the left blank outside click "New", Select: "PRIMARY Key", name it "645ffo40--5081--101b--9f08--00aa002f954e" and then set the key value of the "default" primary key to "Recycle Bin" on the right, and then exit the registry. It's OK.
3, restart your computer. As long as your machine has not run the disk collation. The system is intact. Any time the documents can be found back.

Workaround One,
Start Menu-run-enter gpedit.msc. Pop-up window to the left find User Configuration-Admin template-windows component-windows Explorer, click it. In the right window, locate the "Do not move deleted files to Recycle Bin" double click to select Disabled.
Workaround Two,
1, open the "Recycle Bin"; 2, right click on the blank Space, the shortcut menu appears, select Properties, 3, click the Global tab, 4, uncheck the "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin" box in the dialog box that appears, and use the Delete command to remove the files completely check boxes, 5, click OK.
Workaround Three,
1, open the "Recycle Bin"; 2, right click on the blank, the shortcut menu appears, select Properties 3, click the Global tab, 4, in the dialog box that appears, use the same setting for all drives, 5, move the lower slider to 10% (for example, move to 0% to delete the file directly instead of the Recycle Bin). 5, click "OK".
You can also modify the registry to achieve your goal.
First, open Registry Editor and navigate to [Hkey_ local_machinesoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversion], if there is a DWORD value Nukeondelete, Delete or set its key value to 0, and restart the computer for the settings to take effect. (If the key value is 1, you cannot use the Recycle Bin instead of deleting the file directly.) )
Ps:
If it is a Vista system, right-click the desktop Recycle Bin icon, select Properties, cancel the "Do not move files to Recycle Bin" option, and select the Show delete confirmation box check box, OK.
