Failure phenomenon:
When using the Lenovo G480 Configuration Conexant sound card for QQ voice chat or video chat, there is always a lot of noise and echo.
Reason analysis:
The test found that this failure is related to the setting of the Conexant sound card.
Solution:
We only need to correctly set the Conexant sound card control software "Smart Audio" in the parameters to solve this problem.
Note: Please first of all voice chat software in the machine completely quit (such as: QQ, YY, etc.), and then follow the steps below.
Step One: Please use the mouse to click the "Start" button, in the pop-up Start menu using the mouse left-click "Control Panel" item. and click the "Hardware and sound" item in the pop-up window using the mouse, as shown in the following figure:
Step two: Use the left mouse button "Smart Audio" project, as shown below:
Step three: Use the mouse left-click Microphone Set icon in the pop-up Smart Audio window, as shown in the following figure:
Step four: Please use the left mouse click "Recording" icon to open the "reduce microphone noise" feature, the following figure:
Then use the left mouse button "IP voice transfer" icon to open "reduce speaker noise", "echo cancellation" function, open and close the "Smart Audio" window, the following figure:
Step five: Please login to the voice chat software again, in order to ensure the previous steps of the setting effect, we need to set the voice chat software, the most common QQ software as an example: please login to QQ, and open a chat window, use the mouse left-click Voice Chat button on the right side of the "inverted triangle" icon, And in the pop-up menu, use the mouse to left-click the voice settings item. Step seven: Using the mouse to left-click the "Windows default Device" item under the sound output item, use the left mouse click on the Conexant Smartaudio HD item in the pop-up menu, as shown in the following figure:
Step Eight: Please use the left mouse click OK button to complete the setup. After you will QQ completely exit, and then login QQ can solve the QQ voice chat in the murmur and echo problem.
