First: After you set up a VPN, you cannot connect to the workspace network at home (or elsewhere) through the Internet, check the items in this list:
-Make sure that the virtual private network (VPN) server name you type is exactly the same as the name provided by your network administrator.

-If you have special software that is required or installed by your workspace, it may be part of the problem. Contact your network administrator for assistance.
-If you know the IP address of the VPN server (for example: 131.107.10.25), type the address of the VPN connection, and then press Enter. If the operation is working correctly, there may be a DNS resolution problem. Contact your network administrator for assistance.
-There may be a problem with the server you are trying to connect to. Contact your network administrator for assistance.
Second: If you try to connect to a VPN connection and you see a message that says "Local computer does not support encryption" and displays error code 741, the encryption used by this computer may not match the encryption used by the VPN server.
To change the encryption settings so that your computer uses the recommended 3DES settings, follow these steps:
