Workaround:
1, in the desktop click on the bottom left corner "start"---"Run" (or press win+r key at the same time), enter "CMD", and then run the following command:
regsvr32 Quartz.dll
regsvr32 Proppage.dll
regsvr32 directSpy.dll, as shown in figure:
Reboot the system when finished.
2, if there is a problem, or the hint can not find the module, download the annex to this article, including (Proppage.dll, DirectSpy.dll, Quartz.dll) three files, copied to C:windowssystem32 ( 64-bit system is the SysWow64 folder) directory, and then repeat step 1 above.
3, the problem has not been resolved, it is also possible that the system is missing Msvfw32.dll files (Msvfw32.dll is a Windows API application interface module, for the camera and other video hardware for AVI film and video interception), or the file damage caused. Download the Msvfw32.dll in the attachment, copy it to the C:windowssystem32 (64-bit System SysWow64 folder) directory below, and then repeat step 1.
4, if still can not solve the problem, it may be a third party software cause this situation, focus on the ability to call the camera software, uninstall or disable testing.
Since most of the systems are currently installed using Ghost, many files have been simplified, supporting the camera-driven related DLL files are deleted, will not be able to list the filter image of the situation, users follow the instructions described above, if the proposed reload system can not be resolved.
