User question: I want to use CD-ROM to make Win7 system when the following conditions occur. When you put a recordable disc in the optical drive, in the AutoPlay dialog box that appears, do not show "burn files to disc using Windows Explorer".

For easy guidance, the "AutoPlay" dialog box screenshot is appended:

Win7 Small edit answer: You can view the automatic playback interface, only the blank dvd,cd,bd, only this option.

It is recommended that you do this:

Select the DVD option to burn files to CD using Windows Explorer, and then put them on the CD to see if this prompts you.

If you are still not prompted, it is recommended that you take the CD to another computer to see if this option appears.

or replace the other blank DVD, check it out on the computer.

If other blank DVDs show this option, the system settings are normal and the DVD disc is having problems.

However, if the DVD disc on other computers can display this option, indicating that the CD is normal, is the problem of the Win7 system.
