Failure phenomenon:
WINDOWS8 Application Store can not install the program, click Download, the program can not download the normal installation, display hang.
As shown in figure:
Reason Analysis:
When the application is suddenly forced to shut down, the program has too late to fully save the data, the result may cause the program was used by the file corruption. When the program starts again and the corrupted file has not been deleted, the corrupted files will affect the normal function of the program. Some software detects corrupted files and then automatically fixes or deletes the file to ensure that the software works, but some software does not.
In Windows 8, if the application store is forced to abort at the start of the download because of a power outage, there is a chance that the application store will have a failure or suspension of installation. This is to clean out the cache file that can be resolved. However, this method does not apply because the application store's system files are damaged and cannot be installed, of course, this time more can not be started.
Solution:
1. Empty the cache folder C:windowssoftwaredistributiondownload (if there is no deletion, you can restart after the deletion, or add everyone permissions and then delete);
2. Log off the computer and go back to the store to download it.
