Cause analysis
This problem may be a system or a server or network problem.
Solution
First, clear the application store cache
Press the Windows key and Q key at the same time, enter Wsreset in the Search box and click Wsreset. Try to re-enter the application store.
Second,
1. Log on to the computer using the Administrator account;
2. Press the Windows key and the W key at the same time, enter "Local Service" in the search box;
3. Find Windows Update, Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Windows Firewall three services to confirm that they are starting state, if not the startup status, select Double click;
4. Find Windows Defender Service, right click, select Pause;
5. Enter the application store again to see if it is successful;
6. Locate the Windows Defender Service, right-click, and select Start.
third, DNS reset
1. Log on to the computer using the Administrator account;
2. Desktop uses Windows key and C key---> Settings---> Control Panel---> Network and Internet---> Network and Sharing Center;
3. Click "Change adapter Settings" in the left-hand navigation bar.
4. Right-click the current network connection (local or broadband connection), select "Properties";
5. Select "Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4)" and click "Properties".
6. In the Open Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) Properties window, select Use the following DNS server for manual settings;
7. In the preferred DNS server, enter: 4.2.2.1, in the alternate DNS server, enter: 4.2.2.2;
8. After completing the setup, try to re-enter the application store.
four, reset IE
1. Use Windows key and C key, click Control Panel, open "Network and internet", find Internet option;
2. On the Advanced tab, click Reset, and then click OK;
3. After waiting for the reset to complete, test the validation system to determine if the problem is resolved.
Five,
Press Windows + C to turn on the Super button---> Settings---> Change the computer settings--->windows update---> Check the update---> installation immediately. When you are done, try to re-enter the application store.
Vi. Confirmation time and date
1. Click on the desktop magnetic block in the new user interface;
2. Right-click the lower right corner time/Date---> Adjust date/time;
3. Verify that your selected time zone is correct;
4. Internet time-> change settings;
5. Check "Internet Time server Synchronization" and specify the server name---> Immediate update---> OK.
