Turn from the Vision Forum
by adding the appropriate permissions to the Network Service role, the following steps are:
A. Enter the command in "Run" DCOMCNFG
B. Double-click Component Services, double-click Computer
C. Right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties"
D. Click on the "COM Security" menu item
E. In the "Start and Activate Permissions" area, click "Edit Default"
F. Click "Add" and enter "Network Service" in the area below "Enter the object name to select", click "Check Name" on the right to standardize the correct input, then click "OK"
G. Make sure that "NETWORK SERVICE" is selected and click on the checkbox below to ensure that "allow" is selected for the following permissions:
H. Local start-up
I. Remote boot
J. Local activation
K. Remote activation
L. "OK " and "OK"

Troubleshooting is a problem caused by the following two programs, which can be disabled.
Open Control Panel \ System and security \ Scheduled tasks (Control Panel \ All Control Panel items \ Administrative Tools \ Task Scheduler)
