Winconnect multiple users remotely connect to a virtual machine
Recently, you need to create a "server" with XP sp3 installed as a host that multiple users can remotely log on to. By default, XP stands for XP SP3. However, because XP does not allow multiple users to log on remotely by default, most of the online tutorials can be divided into three categories:
1. modify the system settings and set XP to allow up to two users to log on remotely at the same time.
2. Install the Winconnect 204 cracking software. Up to 21 users can log on remotely at the same time. The target operating system must be XP SP2.
3. Install the Winconnect 362 cracking software. The maximum number of users is 8, and the 999 terminal can log on remotely at the same time. The target operating system must be XP SP3.
The third category is suitable for my needs and the third category is used.
My experiment environment is on a Windows 7 host. The host installs the VMware Virtual Machine. Two XP SP3 virtual machines are installed in the Virtual Machine. One is used as the server and the other is used as the analog terminal, in addition, the Win7 host serves as another analog terminal.
Basic information about hosts and simulated devices:
Analog Terminal 1:
Name: Win7 host
NIC: Ethernet Adapter VMware Network Adapter VMnet8
IP: 192.168.131.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
In the following full text, Terminal 1 refers to this device.
Analog Terminal 2:
XP-20120 name
NIC: The NIC of the XP Virtual Machine.
Static IP Address: 192.168.131.3
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
In the following full text, Terminal 2 refers to this device.
Server:
XP-201202281525 name
NIC: The NIC of the XP Virtual Machine.
Static IP Address: 192.168.131.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
The server refers to this device in the full text below.
Detailed process:
1. Create two XP virtual machines
This document is not detailed in detail. For more information, see other soft articles. The methods are the same.
Ii. Interconnection Between Win7 host and two virtual machines
Server Settings:
The virtual machine configuration is shown in figure
The server IP configuration is as follows:
Terminal 2:
The virtual machine configuration is shown in figure
The terminal IP configuration is as follows:
Terminal 1:
The ip addresses of the above three machines can be pinged to each other.
3. Configure the server to allow remote connection
1. Choose "start"> "Control Panel"> "User Account" to set a password for the system administrator, create two new administrator users, and set the password.
Here, the two administrator users I created are: dd and pds.
And modify the "Change User Login or logout mode"
Changed:
2. Set "my computer"-"property"-"remote", for example:
3. Click "select remote user" to add a remote logon user, as shown in figure
Configuration success check: at this time, you can remotely connect to the server through Terminal 2"
4. Install winconnect 362
1. Download the installation package and install WinConnect Server XP v2.0.0.362.exe. Here I use the default installation path C: \ Program Files \ BeTwin. After the installation is successful, follow the prompts to restart the system.
2. Copy all the items in the Crack folder in the installation package to the installation directory and run "WCS362.vbs"
Modify the number of users and the number of terminals, and restart as prompted. At this time, the software is not running properly and you need to modify the remote port.
3. Modify the default remote connection port and make sure the following registry parameter values are as follows:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ Wds \ rdpwd \ Tds \ tcp
Parameter Name: PortNumber value: 6110
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ WinStations \ RDP-Tcp
Parameter Name: PortNumber value: 6110
4. Running effect. After modifying the port, You need to refresh it for a while.
V. terminal connection Server
Terminal 2 Use user dd to connect to the server:
NOTE: If only the black screen is displayed after logon, press CTRL + ALT + END.
Server Effect
Terminal 1 connects to the server by using a user of the PPS:
Terminal 1 uses the dd user to connect to the server:
You can connect multiple terminals to the same user:
6. Uninstall winconnect
1. Uninstall the winconnect software owner
2. Change the remote connection to the default port 3389.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ Wds \ rdpwd \ Tds \ tcp
Parameter Name: PortNumber value: 3389
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Terminal Server \ WinStations \ RDP-Tcp
Parameter Name: PortNumber value: 3389
Note: 1. After modifying the port, restart the server to remotely connect
2. Use the suspend function in the VM. The ip address can be pinged but the remote connection fails at the next startup.
