When "Windows Explorer has stopped working" will pop up on the first run of computer-manage, but after the cancellation, the WINDWOS Explorer restarts, Computer Management can open, and then the computer-"management" will not have such a problem.
It is the first time after each boot operation will appear this problem.
If this problem occurs for the first time after each boot operation, but then there is no problem, then use a clean boot method to troubleshoot software interference.
Step 1: Start the System Configuration Utility
1. Log on to the computer using an account with administrator privileges.
2, click Start, type msconfig in the Start search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or click Continue.
Step 2: Configure the Selective startup option
1, on the General tab, click Selective Startup.
2. Under Selective startup, click to clear the Load Startup items check box.
3, click the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
4, click the "Enable" tab, and then click "Disable All" and OK.
5, and then click Restart.
Step 3: Log on to Windows
1, if prompted, please log in to Windows.
2. When you receive the following message, click to select the Do not show this information at Windows startup or start System Configuration Utility check box, and then click OK.
After the computer starts, test to see if the problem still occurs.
