Description of user Account Control level:
(1) Always notify: Notification of changes to each system. This is the Vista mode, any system-level changes (Windows settings, software installation, etc.) will appear in the UAC prompt window.
(2) Default setting: Prompts only when the program tries to change the computer. Prompts will not appear when the user changes Windows settings, such as Control Panel and administrator tasks.
(3) Do not reduce desktop brightness: Only when the program tries to change the computer prompts, do not use the security desktop (that is, reduce desktop brightness). This is similar to the default setting, but the UAC prompt window appears only on the general desktop, not on the secure desktop. This is useful for some video drivers because they make the desktop transition slow, and note that the secure desktop is an impediment to software that is trying to install the response.
(4) do not notify: Never prompt, which is equivalent to completely turn off UAC function
