1, first click into the "Control Panel" and click "Clock, Language and area."

2, click "Change time, date or number format".

3, select the "Format" tab, in the date and time format to select the corresponding Drop-down menu for time, date format to modify, the results can be modified in the following example to see, to make detailed changes can choose the lower "other settings."

4, enter the custom format for more detailed changes, such as modify the "AM" Symbol for "morning", "PM symbol for the afternoon."

You can then see that in the previous example of formatting options, "AM, PM" has become "morning, afternoon."
