1, in Metro or traditional desktop, press the keyboard "win+x" combination hotkey to bring up the shortcut menu, use the left mouse button click "Mobile Center (B)". As shown in the following illustration:

Note:
1. If your device does not appear in this list, try connecting again or turning it off and turning it on. If the device still does not appear, go to the next section of this Help topic to see possible causes.
2. Some sync partnerships do not have any synchronization settings or plans that can be adjusted.
