Method One:
1, click Start-Run, type the Gpedit.msc command in the open field of the Run dialog box, and then click OK.
2, open the Group Policy Program interface, in the left pane opens "User Configuration"--"Administrative Templates"--"control Panel"--"display."
3. In the right window, double-click Delete Display in Control Panel.
4. Enter the interface to delete the Display property in Control Panel, click the Settings tab, select Enabled, and click OK to make the changes take effect.
Method Two:
1, on the keyboard press Win+r shortcut key to open the Run dialog box, enter cmd command, press ENTER, open a command Prompt window.
2, enter the following command at the Command Prompt window content.
3, successfully write information to the registry will display the successful completion of the operation of the message, such as pop-up other error prompts to indicate that the registry failed
REG ADD "Hkey_current_user/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/policies/system"/V "NoDispCPL" D 1/t REG_DWORD /F
4, then type the following command to restart the Explorer.exe process to achieve the effect of refreshing the registry
cmd/k taskkill/f/im Explorer.exe & Explorer.exe
