Word is the most commonly used word processing tool in our personal computers, but in some professional typesetting software, it needs to be imported using the TXT format. This often requires converting the doc format of the Word document into TXT format. In order to improve productivity, we can convert the document one at a time to achieve bulk conversion.
First create a new two folder, name A, B separately, and then save all the Word documents you want to convert to folder A. After doing this, you can start Word, open the file → new → other document → Convert Wizard command, and open the Conversion wizard window.
In the Welcome interface, click Next, and then select Convert from Word document format to other file format. and in the Drop-down menu, select the format to convert to "plain text", click Next, and then click the Browse button after source folders to save the folder A for the Word document. Then click the Browse button after the directory folder to select the generated TXT save location, which is the folder B in this example.
Click Next, at this time we can see in the "Available Files" column to be converted Word document, click the Select All button to choose All, click the "Finish" button, wait a moment we can go into folder B to see the conversion generated TXT file, simple enough.
