When you print a Word document, to save paper, you often have to print two pages on the A4 paper side, and then make a book after printing it on both sides. According to Word with the double-sided printing function, print out the page number will be disorderly, certainly not, so I after some test waste a few A4 paper, finally found a practical way:
1. File-print-page range fill in: 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 (and so on);
2. The edition of each page: 2 edition;
3. Scale by paper size: A4;
4. To determine, after printing in accordance with the order of the paper in turn (1th, 3 pages to put on the top, the following in turn, to note that the paper direction to right side, otherwise hit out will be reversed!) Put it in the delivery box;
5. File-print-page range fill in: 4,2,8,6,12,10,16,14 (and so on);
6. The edition of each page: 2 edition;
7. Scale by paper size: A4;
8. Determine.
The rationale for this is that when Word prints the page number in a personal resume table, the page number in the page Number range box is printed first, so when you hit even pages, put page 4th to the front of page 2nd.
The printed result is positive 1, 3, negative 4,2.
Fold the A4 paper in half, cut it from the middle, just like a book. The reverse of Page 1th is page 2nd, and the reverse of page 3rd is page.
