Word Bulk compress picture tips

One, word2003 version compression picture

1, select any picture file.

2, left-click the picture, pop-up "Picture format" dialog box, left-click left the bottom of the "compression" button.

3, in the pop-up "Compressed picture" dialog box, to it as shown in the following figure settings:

4, in the pop-up "compressed picture" query box left click the "Apply (A)" button.

Second, word2007 compression pictures

1, click on the menu bar: format-compress the picture, in the pop-up dialog box, click the option button.

2, according to the following figure to set up, and then click OK.

3, back to the Compressed Picture dialog box, click OK to the image of the bulk of the compression.
