Word Chinese text and table convert to each other

To convert data in Word into a tabular method:

① First, we can use the same symbol to separate the data items in the text, you can select paragraph marks, half-width commas, tabs, spaces, etc.

② Then, select the data in Word that you want to convert to a table, click Table on the menu bar, and in the pop-up menu, select the Convert Text to form command in convert.

④ in the "Text to table" dialog box to set the appropriate table "number of columns", "Row number", "Column width", "Separated text position" options, OK;

To convert a table in Word to a data method:

① If you want to convert part of the row, you need to select the rows first, and if you want to convert all of the tables, select the table or place the insertion point in the table;

② Select "Table" on the menu bar, and then select "Convert form to Text" in the "Convert" command;

③ Specify the text separator in the Convert Table to Text dialog box. You can select paragraph marks, tabs, half-width commas, or custom other symbols.
