When you move a graphic or picture accurately in Word2003, you must drag the graphic or picture while holding down the ALT key. By setting the object to grid alignment in the Word Drawing toolbar, you can achieve the exact purpose of moving a graphic or picture without pressing the ALT key, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2003 window, click the view → toolbar in the menu bar → draw menu command.
Step 2nd, in the Open Drawing toolbar, click the drawing → drawing grid command, as shown in Figure 20080702308.

Step 3rd, open the Word Drawing Grid dialog box, cancel the Snap objects to grid check box, and click the default button, as shown in Figure 2008072309.

Step 4th, at the prompt that opens, "Do you want to change the default settings for gridlines?" dialog box, click the Yes button, return to the Drawing Grid dialog box, and then click OK to modify the default alignment of the Word object and grid, as shown in Figure 2008072310.

Tip: If you select the Snap objects to grid check box, and you set both horizontal and vertical spacing to 0.01 and click the default button, you can also achieve the exact purpose of moving word graphics or pictures without pressing the ALT key.
