Word is widely used as the most commonly used text editing tool in daily learning. There is also a need for document printing naturally. Let's share a few word printing techniques below. Word Tutorial
1. Reverse page print
If you have a document with many pages that needs to be printed, the default setting in Word always prints from the first page to the last page, so the entire document is printed at the top of the page. The first page is at the bottom, so we have to manually put all the pages in reverse order, very troublesome. In fact, before we print, just select reverse print on the tools-> options-> Print tab to print in reverse order from the last page to the first page, so that all the pages are sorted sequentially after printing.
2. Use different page orientations when printing the same document
If you want to use both vertical and horizontal page orientations in a document, first select the document content that needs to be changed, and then select File? gt; Page Setup command, set the page orientation you want in the Paper Type tab in the Page Setup dialog box that pops up, and select selected text in the Apply option bar. Word actually inserts a section break before and after the selection, and only changes the page orientation for the content in this section, which enables you to use a different page orientation in the same document.
3. Avoid printing unnecessary additional information
sometimes print out some additional information, such as annotations, hidden text, field codes, and so on when printing a text. To avoid printing unnecessary additional information, simply do not select the item under "Additional Information for printing documents" in the "Tools"-> options-> print tab before printing.
4. Print a formatted document with a form
use forms in Word to create formatted documents such as statistical tables, and other users can fill out relevant information in specific places in the document. You cannot change other content that is not in the fill area. If you want to print a number of different statistics by using a previously printed blank document with a form (that is, you haven't filled in the fill area), we can select Print form field content only in the tools-> options-> Print tab, so that when you complete the information in the form, The printout will be just the information that is filled in, rather than the entire statistical form document printed.
Strong>5. Print to document
If you need to print a document that is edited in Word, and the computer is not equipped with a printer, we can select the Print to document option in the Print dialog box, after entering the file name You can generate a printer file with a suffix named PRN, and you can print the document using this printer file on other computers that are equipped with a printer, even if Word is not installed on that computer.
6. Edit the document under the Print Preview interface
We generally preview the final printing effect by zooming in and out of the print preview interface, in fact, just click on the "Magnifier" in the print preview bar button (the state where the button is not pressed), you can edit the document directly in the Print preview interface without closing the print preview.
