1. Quickly insert Picture form

Q: After making a table in Excel, how can I quickly insert it into word for use?

A: The usual way to insert a Excel table into Word is to copy it to the Clipboard and then paste it into a Word file. There are some drawbacks to this approach, such as the fact that the data format in the table is subject to changes in Word influence, resulting in data wrapping or cell height changes. If you no longer modify the contents of the table, you can insert the Excel table in a picture format into the Word file by selecting the range of cells in the Excel worksheet, holding down the SHIFT key, opening the Edit menu, and clicking the Copy Picture command, You can insert it into a Word file by pasting the picture.
