It has become an important part of the routine work of the school to arrange and print the papers by computer. The prepared test paper is not only beautiful and practical, but also a good material for the production of the item bank and CAI Courseware. Word2000 is widely used by teachers for its powerful, simple and easy to use and high stability. This paper focuses on the skills of Word2000 in the layout of papers.
I. Input symbols and formulas
The most troublesome thing in the paper is to enter some symbols and formulas. I have summed up the following three quick ways in practice:
1. Define a shortcut button for the Formula Editor.
If you use Formula Editor more frequently, you can define a formula editor as a shortcut button, and you only need to click the shortcut button each time you run. The operation process is as follows:
(1) Click the Customize command on the Tools menu.
(2) Open the Toolbars tab in the Customize dialog box, click the New button, pop the new Toolbar dialog box, enter the name of the toolbar in the toolbar name formula bar, enter formulas, and then click OK, and the Formula toolbar appears on the screen.
(3) Open the Commands tab in the Customize dialog box, and in the Categories list box, click Insert, in the Command box on the right, select Equation Editor, click the left arrow and drag to the Formula toolbar, and then click the Close button, and a shortcut button for formula appears on the screen.
In a later quiz, if you want to enter symbols and formulas, click the button at any time. Of course, you can also turn it off or display the toolbar action.
2. Use the Formula field.
To quickly enter a formula, you can use the shortcut key CTRL+F9 to insert the field. The following example shows the use of shortcut keys to insert fractions and radicals. In the position you want to enter, press the key combination ctrl+f9, there will be a shaded "{}" in which to enter "Eq F (1,3)" and "{eq F (1,3)}" is the field code, where EQ is the field type, representing the formula field, and F is the switch that produces fractions. Shift+f9 is a shortcut that toggles the display of the results with the field code. Be sure to note that the EQ should have a space after it.
The input method is ditto, as long as the field code is replaced with "{EQ R (3)}".
The switch for the Formula field can be combined, for example, the field code is "{eq F (3), 3)}".
Using domains to generate fractions and radicals takes up little of the system resources faster than the Equation Editor. Use the keyboard to quickly enter, do not have to use the keyboard and mouse alternately.
3. The establishment of an automated chart anthology.
"AutoText" is another magic weapon to improve the input speed. Those symbols and formulas that are often used can define "AutoText entries" for them, and you can easily pull them out later by simply entering the name of the entry.
For example, a math test paper often uses the "", then first use the method above to enter, then select it, click AutoText in AutoText on the Insert menu, and enter a name in the AutoText entry formula bar, such as enter "Qggs," and then click the Add button, and a new AutoText entries are created. Later, when you want to enter "", first enter "Qggs", and then click the function key F3 on it.
Second, add hidden answers
If you can add reference answers and some annotations to the test paper, it will be of reference value to select the questions in the future. Generally speaking, the test paper with the answer is for teacher reference only, in the W "format to hide the answer."
Enter the answer to the question and select it, click Font on the Format menu, select the Hide check box in the Font dialog box, and then click OK, and the selected text is set to hidden text. You can also use the shortcut key Word2000 the default setting is to neither display nor print hidden text.
To display hidden text, on the Formatting toolbar, click Show
To print hidden text, select Print from the File menu, click the Options button, and then select the Hidden text check box, and then click OK.
Third, the establishment of test paper template
Documents of the same type tend to have the same format and structure, and using templates can greatly speed up the creation of new documents. such as the structure of the middle school math paper is mostly in the test or the college entrance examination mode, the overall framework of each paper and the answer to each question, score and the format of the test paper are the same, call the template containing this information to arrange the paper is more convenient.
There are two ways to create a template:
1. Create a template from an existing quiz paper.
Open a lined paper document, choose Save As from the File menu, and select Document template in the Save as Type dialog box.
2. Create a new template.
Select the new command from the File menu and select Template in the New dialog box
In future editing papers, we can build documents based on these templates, which can greatly improve our productivity.
