We can often see the circled text, which is to add a circle outside the text. This is actually very simple, in Word can quickly create this text. Opening the menu-Chinese layout-circled text pops up the circled Characters dialog box, as shown in Figure 1. When you are done, click OK, and the circled word is inserted into the document.
Figure 1
However, the above method does not produce 3-digit or multiple-text-circled text. That add to "Zol" to make band text, how to do? You can do this:
First, in the normal way, set "ZO" to circled text, and then press the "ALT+F9" key combination to switch to the field code state, as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2
Select the circle number in the field code, press the "ctrl+[" key or "CTRL +]" To adjust the size of the ring number, and then change the "ZO" to "Zol", as shown in Figure 3.
Figure 3
Press the "ALT+F9" key again to switch back to edit mode (as shown in Figure 4), you can see the three-bit letter circled effect, but the circle and the letter position is not appropriate, need to adjust.
Figure 4
Switch back to the field code state again and add the "SUP5" code before the number, which is to move the number up by 5 points and add a pair of half-width parentheses around the number, as shown in Figure 5.
Figure 5
If the position of the circle and the letter is still not appropriate, you can again mediate the number in the "SUP5" until the position is right. Switching will edit the state, you can see the location of the appropriate number of circled digits.
