Although Excel tabulation is powerful, we generally prefer word to make a few simple tables (such as resumes, schedules, work schedules, leave sheets, etc.). If it weren't for a table with too many complex functions, we would almost always use Word. Today the Word league is here to share some of the basics of Word tabulation, detailing each step of the table in Word2003 how to adjust the length, width, height, spacing, and table size of the tables. This tutorial is very helpful to some friends who just get started, be sure to study hard!
One, move the position of the adjustment table
The inserted table is not fixed there, so we can move the position of the table arbitrarily until we move to the right place. First move the mouse pointer to the upper-left corner of the table until the upper-left corner appears
After this icon, then use the left mouse button press
, drag the mouse to move the position of the table. (pictured below)
Second, the Word table height adjustment method
① Adjust the height of a single table
Place the mouse pointer over any row of the table, and the pointer will change to a shape that waits to be dragged manually, pressing the left mouse button and pressing the "ALT" key, indicating the height of each line on the ruler;
② Adjust the height of all tables at the same time
Move the cursor to the lower right of the table until a small box appears at the bottom right of the table, hold down the left mouse button, press the "ALT" key (press "ALT" to fine-tune), and drag the adjustment down.
③ to adjust the Word table to a fixed height
Place the mouse in the table, then right-click, select "Table Properties" in the pop-up Drop-down menu, and then enter the "Specify height" hook, then enter the desired height, then OK. (pictured below)
Third, Word table width adjustment here is not much to say, the basic and the above "adjust table height" operation is identical.
Four, Word adjustment table size method
① Table Size adjustment, you can click on the table
, select all of the tables, then right-click Table Properties, and set the width and height of the table yourself in rows and columns.
② the cursor to enlarge the lower right, when the small box appears, directly left-click and drag, you can adjust the size of the table.
Five, Word table adjustment spacing, the table to remove excess space
In the following figure, a few words are entered in the table, but the gap between the gaps in the middle is too large, how do we get rid of it?
First, with the mouse to select all the table, and then right-click, select "Auto Adjust", and then select "Adjust the table according to the content", at this point, the extra spacing gap is all gone. (pictured below)
