By inserting a paragraph border in Word2007, you can make the contents of the related paragraphs more visible, thereby enhancing the readability of the Word document. By default, the paragraph border is formatted as a black bile line. The user can format the paragraph border to make it more aesthetically pleasing. The steps for setting paragraph border formatting in Word2007 are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, click the Border Drop-down button in the paragraph group in the start Ribbon, and select the Borders and Shading command in the Open menu, as shown in the figure.

Step 2nd, in the open Borders and Shading dialog box, set the border style, border color, and width of the border, and then click the Options button, as shown in the figure.

Step 3rd, open the Border and Shading Options dialog box, set the margin value for the border and body in the body margin area, and click OK, as shown in the figure.

Step 4th, return to the Borders and Shading dialog box and click OK. Return to the Word2007 document window, select the paragraph you want to insert a border into, and insert the new set of borders, as shown in the figure.
