Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and if you see a wavy line in the Word document that contains red, blue, or green, there are spelling or grammatical errors in the Word document. Switch to the review ribbon and click the Spelling and Grammar button in the proofing group.
Step 2nd, open the Spelling and Grammar dialog box to ensure that the check grammar check box is selected. A word or phrase that has a spelling or grammatical error is marked in a red, green, or blue font in the Not in dictionary text box. Verify that the word or phrase that is being marked does have a spelling or grammatical error, and if it does, make changes in the Not in Dictionary text box and click the Change button. If there are no errors in the indicated word or phrase, you can either click the ignore once or ignore all button to ignore the suggestions for modification of this word or phrase. You can also click the Add to Dictionary button to add the indicated word or phrase to the Word2007 built-in dictionary.
Step 3rd, complete the spelling and grammar check, and click the Close or Cancel button in the Spelling and Grammar dialog box.
