As we mentioned before, in the Word2007 document, the table border settings, you can set from the Border and Shading dialog box, and understand the border settings, then the next to understand the table shading method, simple to operate, or from the Border and Shading dialog box.
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and in the Word table, select one or more cells that you want to set shading patterns in.
Select the Borders and Shading command
Step 2nd, switch to the Design tab in the Table Tools Ribbon, and click the Border Drop-down button in the table Styles group. Then select the Borders and Shading command from the open border menu.

Shading tab
This is the way to set the shading of the table in the Word2007 document, from the Borders and Shading dialog box to choose the pattern style. The entry method for the Borders and Shading dialog box is also fairly simple, from the Design tab of the table Tools Ribbon.
