We know an article to make it more clear to readers, tagging is unavoidable, and in a Word document, footnotes and endnotes are used to provide explanations, comments, and related references to text in a document. The following small series is the specific use of footnotes and endnotes.
Footnotes can be used to annotate the contents of the document, and endnotes to describe the referenced literature. A footnote or endnote typically consists of two linked parts, the annotation reference mark and the corresponding comment text. When you specify a numbering scheme, Microsoft Office Word automatically numbers the footnotes and endnotes. You can use a numbering scheme throughout your document, or you can use a different numbering scheme in each section of your document. When you add, delete, or move an AutoNumber annotation, Word renumber the footnote and endnote reference marks.
