In the process of learning Word2007 tables earlier, the most commonly used features should be the Layout tab in the Table Tools ribbon, which not only allows you to insert and delete rows and columns, but also to set the size of rows and columns. The user can distribute rows and columns evenly according to the actual needs in the case where the total size of the table does not change.
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and click in any cell in the table.
Click the Distribute Columns button
Step 2nd, switch to the Layout tab in the Open Table Tools Ribbon, and click the Distribute rows or Distribute Columns button in the cell size group.
The user can also select the entire table, and then right-click any cell in the table and select the evenly distribute rows or distribute columns by clicking on the shortcut menu that opens.
Select the evenly distribute Rows command
The table's rows and columns are evenly distributed through the settings in the Layout tab of the Table Tools Ribbon. The method is simple, and you can see the "Distribute Rows and Columns" button as long as you can go to the Layout tab. Distribute rows and columns evenly, making the table look more neat and uniform.
