Operation Steps

1, start Word2007, open a document for everyone to demonstrate, the left mouse button press and hold, select a paragraph, click the Start tab under the Border line button, from the Drop-down menu select "Borders and Shading."

2, pop-up Border and Shading dialog box, switch to the end pattern label, click the pattern--style of small triangle arrow, from the Drop-down menu to choose Shading Style, where the small compiling is "dark scaffolding."

3, then click the color behind the small triangle, pop-up drop-down menu, for shading to choose a color.

4, click the OK button, the shading style applied to the document paragraph, as shown in the following figure, this can beautify the document, you can play a prominent role.
