Word2013 Add caption steps for a table as follows:
Step one: Open a document that contains a table with Word2013, select the position in front of the header, switch to the References tab, and then click the Insert Caption button in the caption group.
Step two: At this time will pop up a "caption" dialog box, we can see the default label is "table", if you are not satisfied with this tag, you can make their own labels, click the "New Label" button.
Step three: In the pop-up "new label" dialog box, we set the label we need, for example, we now set the label to table 1-, and then click OK.
Step four: Return to the Caption dialog box, and select the appropriate location in the options area, for example, we click the Drop-down button to the right of the position box, select top of selected location, and then click OK.
Step five: Return to the document, you can see the table on the top left, we design the caption, the effect is as follows:
Tip: You can also format captions, such as center alignment, and so on, after you insert captions.
