the steps for adding various shapes to text are as follows:
Step one: For example, in a Word document, as shown in the following figure, you now add a circle, box, triangle, or diamond border to the hundred, the degree, the warp, and the four words.
Step two: The "hundred" Word Add a circle box: Select the Hundred Word, and then click the "circled character" icon in the Font group under the Start tab.
Step three: Open the Circled Characters dialog box, select "Shrink text", select "Circle" in the options area below the circle number, and click OK.
Step four: The "hundred" Word add a circle after the effect shown in the following figure.
Step five: Degrees to add a box: Select the degree Word, and then click the Circled Characters icon in the Font group under the Start tab. Open the Circled Characters dialog box, select Increase ring, select the graphic of the box in the options area below the circle number, and then click OK. The final effect is shown in the following figure.
Step Six: Add a triangle by the word: Select the word, and then click the circled character icon under the Font group on the Start tab. Open the Circled Characters dialog box, select Increase ring, select the Triangle shape in the options area below the circle number, and then click OK. Step Seven: "Test" to add a diamond: Select the word "Check", and then click the "circled character" icon in the Font group under the Start tab. Open the Circled Characters dialog box, select Increase ring number, select the "Diamond" shape in the options area below the circle number, and click OK.
