word2013 How to create a drawing canvas

To create a drawing canvas, follow these steps:

Step one: Click File.

Step two: Opens the interface shown in the following figure, clicking Options.

Step three: Open the Word Options dialog box and click the Advanced option.

Step four: Select the Automatically create drawing canvas when inserting AutoShapes check box in edit options, and then click OK.

Step Five: Now insert an AutoShape in your document (you can insert an AutoShape to refer to the small "Word2013 how to create AutoShapes"), and you'll see that the canvas is displayed first, and then you can draw the drawing, and the effect is as shown in the following illustration.

Step Six: NOTE: The canvas and the shape can be styled separately.

Step Seven: Select the canvas or graphic, and then set it on the Format tab, Shape Styles group.
