Word2013 make an admission ticket Step 1: Start Excel 2013, create an Excel document, and enter data into the document, as shown in Figure 1. When you finish creating a worksheet, save the document, which will be used as the data source.

Attention
The Excel file is saved in the same folder as the photo, and the name of the photo in the workbook is exactly the same as the name of the photo in the folder.
Word2013 Make your admission ticket Step 2: Start Word 2013 and create a new document. Create a table in the document, as shown in Figure 2. Then save the table in the same folder as the Excel document.

Attention
Because the admission ticket is to be printed and cut, in order to cut conveniently, in the actual operation, you can in the table under the "Enter" key to generate some blank lines, to obtain a certain amount of clipping space.
Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 3: Open the Review tab, click the Start Mail Merge button, and select the directory option in the Open Drop-down list to set the document type to a table of contents, as shown in Figure 3.

Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 4: Click the Select Recipient button, and in the Open Drop-down list, select the Use existing list option, as shown in Figure 4.

Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 5: Open the Select Data Source dialog box, select the Excel file as the data source, and then click the Open button, as shown in Figure 5. The Select Table dialog box opens, the datasheet is selected, and the OK button is clicked, as shown in Figure 6.

Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 6: In the document, place the insertion point cursor in the cell after name, and then click the Lower Triangle button on the Insert Merge field button to select the Name option in the Open Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 7. The same method is then used to insert the corresponding field in the other cells, as shown in Figure 8.

Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 7: Place the insertion point cursor in the cell where the photo is placed on the left side of the table, press "CTRL+F9" to enter the field edit state, and then enter the field code "INCLUDEPICTURE" in the cell, as shown in Figure 9.

Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 8: Place the insertion point cursor after the letter "E" at the end of the field code "INCLUDEPICTURE", press the SPACEBAR, and then click the Lower Triangle button on the Insert Merge field button to select the photo option in the open list, as shown in Figure 10.

Word2013 make the admission ticket Step 9: On the Mail tab, click the Finish and Merge button, and in the Drop-down list that opens, select the Edit Single document option, as shown in Figure 11. The merge to New Document dialog box opens, makes the all radio button selected, and then clicks OK to close the dialog box, as shown in Figure 12.

Word2013 make the admission ticket step 10: Press "CTRL + a" key to select all the documents, and then press "F9" key to update the field. After you save the document, make adjustments to the pictures in the cell, and the results are as shown in Figure 13.
