1. Page view
Print layout view displays the appearance of the printed results of the Word2013 document, including elements such as headers, footers, graphic objects, column settings, page margins, and so on, which are the closest print results to the page view, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Reading view
Reading layout view displays the Word2013 document in the column style of the book, and the File button, ribbon, and other window elements are hidden. In reading layout view, users can also click the Tools button to select a variety of reading tools, as shown in Figure 2.

3.Web Layout view
Web layout view displays Word2013 documents as Web pages, and Web layout view is useful for sending e-mail and creating Web pages, as shown in Figure 3.

4. Outline view
Outline view is used primarily to set up and display the hierarchy of Word2013 documents, and to easily collapse and expand documents at various levels. Outline view is widely used for quick browsing and setup of Word2013 long documents, as shown in Figure 4.

5. Draft view
Draft view cancels elements such as page margins, columns, headers and footers, and pictures, showing only the title and body text, which is the most economical way to view the hardware resources of your computer system. Of course, now computer system hardware configuration is relatively high, basically does not exist because of the low hardware configuration so that Word2013 run encountered obstacles, as shown in Figure 5.
