I am mainly responsible for the Android things, to help repair the iOS64 bit of some bugs. Last year's Android version, only Amazon store, changed Google Play this year.
The current voice is still the biggest problem, opensles not very good, and the system comes with the AAC decoder real-time decoding, too many bugs. The number of voices is limited, and different device bugs are not the same, some devices of the AAC decoder (different OEM with different versions of the Stagefright) inexplicable crash and deadlock last year was disgusting, fortunately this year around. It is estimated that next year's version will be decoded with a decoder that the company implements itself. However, there is not much voice in Obb, now Obb has 1.8g+, unless a patch to include the full sound, including commentary and so on. On iOS, if you include the in-game downloadable sound pack, the full data is in 3g+.
