Sometimes we run into the problem that Outlook can't open the attachment, and the software prompts you to "can't create the file," and reinstalling Office. We can solve the problem in the following way.
First use some tool software to see if C disk is a temporary file too much, sometimes need to clear the temporary files to free hard disk space, Outlook can open the attachment.
If C disk is small, temporary files are not much, you can modify the registry method. Point the temporary folder of Outlook to another location. Open Registry Locator to: Hkey_current_ Usersoftwaremicrosoftoffice11.0outlooksecurity, find the OutlookSecureTempFolder item on the right, and there's a path to the value data, which is where Outlook places temporary files. We now modify this value. The method is as follows.
Set up an empty folder for the rest of the remaining space, such as "D:temp", and then point the path value there, and enter it in the numerical data: "D:temp" and restart the computer.
