Driver
- Integration-driven: Let's take a look at what is missing when the system is integrated.
- Demonstration driver: most components of a prototype are developed in the initial stage. A demonstration is required at the weekly meeting to see what is missing after the demo is completed.
- Application-driven: in the second half, a platform available for internal projects needs to be developed, and an office automation application of the company is found to drive the improvement of the platform functions; in the end, the application was developed based on the platform. The platform functions were verified and new requirements were directly raised.
There are many improvements to be made, with the following priorities:
- Test drive: At least train and use nunit
- Continuous integration: At least train and use cc. NET and Nant. I wonder if they have clearcase tasks.
- Set milestones: after so long, only one release was performed, and even all module integration and prototype were completed for the first time.
- Optimizing the combination of old and new: resources are insufficient, and the final output rate of the combination of old and new is not high.
