Later, I left Company A and went to Company B, a very large company. Everyone here has a very obvious difference: the company is a company, and its colleagues are colleagues. It lacks the human touch, a lot more bureaucracy, and more secular.


In company B, many people were much older than me at the time. They could have learned a lot like these "Predecessors", but this was counterproductive. Many people say that a large company is well-developed for the elderly. This is true because the company B has a profound understanding of this.


At Company B, I began to understand that "mixing" is also a skill. Here, don't talk about how good you are and how good you are, because we are all people who come here and don't believe this. Don't talk to them about their ideals. Otherwise, they will say you are stupid. Moreover, if you are younger than the people around you, but have better abilities than them, you can slowly feel the crowd.


When I was in company B, I was surrounded by people who had been working for many years. I had a little money, bought a house, and had no pressure on my life. Many of them were locals. If I hadn't said anything else, I had to worry about the house. As a result, I live in a bunch of rich people, and there are indeed some rich generations around me. Slowly, I found that many people have the strongest abilities in the entire project team, but the treatment is the worst.


Every day, we talk about where to play this weekend and where to take your children to travel next weekend. What kind of store is delicious. Where is the KTV good. People don't seem to worry about money, which makes me feel ashamed at the time: every day, if I have less than 20 yuan in my hand, I am billed for my daily expenses. The food is brought by my family and I never dared to go out to play, I don't dare to eat anything. Every time I mention it, everyone's reaction is: Good ability, that is, no money.

Start to feel slowly: not a person, not a word. I tried to integrate it, but the speed of spending money cannot afford to hurt, the mentality of having fun cannot help, and it will be decadent sooner or later. I can't talk to others in my office every day. I think my interpersonal skills have always been good. I can't think of it, but I have seen my dead corner here.

In reality, this is often the case: your current strengths may be your future weaknesses. Your advantages vary with time and location. For example, in company A, diligence, competence, and activity are advantages, but in company B, this has become a disadvantage of being squeezed out.
