People in the workplace, must always fill in the form. Figure 1 is an example of a table that we often want to fill out.
We see that the "Self Identification" column is a spread bar, which has a problem: when the content of the first page fills up, the text does not automatically enter the corresponding cell in the second page. Instead, the first page's cells are automatically expanded to the second page, and the original table of the second page is completely messed up. Of course, we can manually divide the document into two parts, one part on the first page and the other on the second page. However, if this is the case, it is annoying to repeat the paging when the text on the first page needs to be adjusted.
In fact, the link text box in the way, you can solve the problem perfectly.
First, insert a horizontal text box in each of the two cells in which you are authenticating, and then set the border to "Wireless bar Color" respectively. Then, with the right mouse click on the border of the first text box, select Create Text Box link in the right-click menu (Figure 2):
The cursor will turn into a mouth cylinder (Figure 3):
At this point, the scroll wheel of the mouse, so that the cursor positioned in the second page text box location, press the left mouse button, that is, completed the two text box connection. At this time, when the first page text box is full, the following text is automatically entered into the second text box, and when the contents of the first text box changes, the text becomes a whole and is free to "flow" between the two text boxes without manual adjustment.
