WPS Table Tutorial: RMB Capital format conversion in the ET table

When processing the financial statements, the cell format is set to RMB capital,-123 is shown as red "one to three", printed out can not distinguish whether a positive or negative; at the same time, some units used to capitalize on the number before the "Renminbi capital:" Words. In order to meet the needs of the different RMB capital format, we need to make some settings in the ET table.

Set the method as follows:

1, select the column that you want to set as RMB, select "Special-RMB capital" first in the cell formatting, click OK to exit.

Enter the cell settings again, select Custom, drag the right slider to the bottom of the selection box on the right, and the last code [dbnum2][$RMB]g/General format; Red [DBNum2] [$RMB] g/Common format "is the renminbi capital code, click it with the mouse, it will automatically display into the Type input box."

Here, we add a few words, make this code simple change, make it become "[dbnum2][$RMB] RMB g/general format;" Red [DBNum2] [$RMB] RMB negative g/general format ".

Now let's try to enter a number in a cell that's already formatted. Try to enter "1234" in the Set cell, press ENTER,

Automatically returns the uppercase format you want. "RMB one thousand and three to gather the whole restaurant."
