A shared workbook is a function of a WPS table that requires multiple people to work together to accomplish the same task by inputting large amounts of data. Make full use of this function, many people division of work, can speed up data entry speed, eliminating the merging of worksheet data.
Now to input the final grade of students in our school for example to introduce its specific use.
The first step is to create a new folder on any computer in the same local area network (such as "Grade One" in this example), and then set the folder to shared, with permissions set to Full Control, and other options to default.
In the second step, open the WPS table, create a blank document, and enter the table first-class related data (Figure 1).

The third step is to execute the tools → shared workbook, under the Edit tab, to allow multiple users to edit at the same time. The Allow workbook merge option is selected (Figure 2), and the document is saved to the previously created shared folder (file name is "freshman year"), and now the worksheet allows more than one person to edit at the same time.

The third step, many people division of work, joint entry of the results of various subjects. Participate in data entry of the staff, in the same LAN on any computer on the front to open the shared "Grade One" file, each input their own responsible data, and pay attention to save the document at any time.
