WPS table using advanced screening fast system to do classification directory

The table above needs to be sorted by content. How do you classify it, do you need to sort it manually and then type it in again? Using the Advanced filtering feature in ET can easily accomplish this task.

First step: Create a new worksheet in the spreadsheet, such as Chinese, maths, to store the classified Light Basin catalogue.

Step two: In any cell outside the spreadsheet data range, enter account, and enter the language in the cell below it.

Step three: Select "Data | | Filter | Advanced filter, pop-up dialog box for advanced Filter

1. In the mode, select the copy filter results to another option, click the icon to the right of the List Area dialog box.

Select the data range for the spreadsheet, and then click the icon to the right of the List Area dialog box again to return to the Advanced Filter dialog box.

3, click "Copy to:" Copy to the icon to the right of the dialog box, point to the A1 cell in the language worksheet, click the icon that is copied to the right of the Area dialog box again, and return to the Advanced Filter dialog box.
