In the WPS text is not provided this function, that in the WPS text inserted in the table, how to calculate the data?
Skillfully borrow the WPS form calculation
In the WPS text since there is no table calculation function, if the use of artificial calculation of the calculator, the data can be less, if the calculation of too many words, not only waste time, but also prone to error, at this time, we may wish to use the WPS table calculation function to complete the calculation of data. The first is to insert the table we need in the document and fill in the corresponding data, select and copy the data that will be calculated. Open the WPS table, paste the copied data into the table, select all the data, at this point, the table in the left corner will automatically pop up the sum of the results, such as Figure 01, the value of the right mouse click, but also can choose to display: Average, count, count value, and so on. Using the calculation function in the table, after calculating the good data, copying the calculation result, pasting into the table inserted in the document, after all the data is finished, select all the tables and then unify the corresponding font and font size.

Tip: Select a set of numbers in the table, click the ' Format Brush ' button on the toolbar, then click the ' Cross ' in the upper left corner of the table, select all the forms, and quickly change the font and font size of the table.
Insert excel in WPS
In WPS sometimes to insert more complex tables, so whether the production, filling or calculation are more difficult, how to do? At this time we can take the way of inserting objects to resolve. Click insert → object in the menu bar, and in the Open Object window, select Microsoft Excel worksheet, as shown in Figure 02, and double-click to insert Excel sheet. You can do so in the inserted Excel worksheet. For example: cell merging, text input and data filling, data statistics and numerical calculation, etc., after the operation is completed, with the mouse to select the editing area, set the border and font, font size close the worksheet can.

At this time a complete table that appears in the WPS text, if you need to modify and supplement the table, at this time as long as the table is double click, you can again open the WPS form, so that the table can be supplemented and modified accordingly.
When the form is finished, sometimes the text content of the page will be modified to supplement, the position of the table can not be automatically moved with the change of text. inserting objects (tables) in WPS text defaults to "inline". The table can not be moved at this time, to make the table automatically move with the text changes, but also modify its object format, right-click in the table, select Set Object Format, in the Set Object Format window, click the "Layout" tab, in the Next to the Layout tab, select up and down, as shown in Figure 03.

Click on "Advanced" below, in the later open "Advanced Layout" window, click on the "Picture position" tab, in the "Options" below the "object with text Movement" selected, click "OK", as shown in Figure 04. This way, no matter how the contents of the page are modified, the inserted table can be moved with the text (paragraph).
