WPS2009, output, read PDF one key to fix

Heard that WPS 2009 new release, as a hard-working writing workers, Office software is my most inseparable from the work tool, because WPS is free genuine, so it has been used, the new 20,091 out of the trial under the overjoyed. I want to share one of my favorite features to everyone. This is the output and reading of the PDF.

Do text work, always encounter the need to write the document output into PDF format, also always encounter need to read and borrow some PDF format files, in the past because the PDF is the exclusive format, need to install Acrobat Reader or other PDF reader to read such documents, It is inconvenient to switch back and forth through the window at work. Now WPS2009 in the previous output PDF on the basis of the new reading PDF, so that my work all of a sudden easy and easy a lot. No longer need to load so many start-up and slow switch in the computer have trouble pdf reading and editing software.

With WPS output and read PDF document, very simple, basically is a key to fix. For example, if you're editing an article or making a form or writing a PowerPoint presentation, you'll just have to click on a small button on a toolbar to print out the PDF. You can also use the advanced options to set the operation permissions to the PDF document you want to export.

If you need to read a PDF file that someone sent to you or downloaded online, you can simply drag the file into the wps window, or choose to open it as a wps text, form, or any one of the demos to read correctly. Of course, if the PDF file itself has permission to operate, you may be able to read it and not edit it. To feel the convenience of WPS in the PDF, you only need to go to WPS website to download a 09 of the latest version, after the installation of WPS 09 in the plug-in platform to install a reading PDF function plug-ins are all done.
