After the above steps, XAMPP software even if the installation is successful, Apache and MySQL have successfully started, but the command line into the database is a bit of a problem, then the computer environment variable is slightly configured,

Locate the installation directory for the XAMPP software, and then go to the Xampp folder to find the MySQL folder, go to the MySQL folder to locate the Bin folder, and copy the path to its Bin folder. Because the XAMPP is installed on the D drive, I now provide my bin file path for reference

Then find my computer on my desktop, right-click, select Properties, then select Advanced System Settings

After entering the environment variable, find the system variable column, then find the path variable, select, click the Edit button below

Paste the path of the bin folder in the above MySQL to the variable value, (Note: Do not delete the previous variable value, just append at the end, if the previous variable value end without a semicolon end, in the Add Bin folder path, must precede it to add a semicolon of the citation)
