Basic |xhtml| HTML Basics Tutorial
XHTML is a combination of HTML and XML (Extensible Markup Language).
XHTML contains all the HTML4.01 elements that combine with XML syntax.
Why should I use XHTML?
We think many of the pages on the World Wide Web contain bad HTML code.
The following HTML code can still work well even if it does not comply with the HTML code:
html</body>
XML is a markup language in which all things are tagged correctly to produce well-formed (well-formed) documents.
XML is used to describe data, while HTML is used to display data.
There are different browser technologies in today's marketplace, some browsers run on computers, and some browsers run on mobile phones and handheld devices. And the latter has no ability and means to explain bad markup language.
Thus, by combining the strengths of HTML and XML, we get the markup language-XHTML-that can be useful both now and in the future.
XHTML can be read by all XML-enabled devices, and XHTML enables us to write well-formed documents that work well in all browsers and are backward compatible until the rest of the browsers are upgraded to support XML.
