We usually use Xshell, SECURECRT, putty and other SSH connection tools to connect to the remote host, each input instruction is in a single session window, if there are many sessions, need to enter the same instruction at the same time, we do not have one by one input, wasting time and energy. To find a more convenient way to do so, here's how to set up Xshell to send instructions to multiple sessions at the same time.
Use version: Xshell 4.0
The steps are as follows:
1. Open 2 Sessions
2. Select Menu bar: View-Write column , tick the box above to select.
3, check, at the bottom of the Xshell window, the dialog box appears, in this input command, you can choose to the current session , you can choose all sessions , and all the Xshell;
4, we enter the LS command in the dialog box
5, the first session window displays the results;
6, the Second session window displays the results;
If you have more than one host, it is very convenient and efficient to do the same thing.
SECURECRT also has the same function, see everyone's usage habits to achieve the purpose.
The only drawback is that you can't use the TAB key to complete commands and paths like the command line, and you need to enter them all manually, making it easy to make mistakes. I wonder if there is any way to solve it?
The only way to be stupid is to start typing in the command line and then paste the copy into the following.
